TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN BOOKING:

Bouncing Jacks does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any persons on any property whatsoever.
The Hirer acknowledge that it's necessary at all times to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise children and undertakes to ensure strict compliance here with. Simultaneously indemnifying the owner against any claim that may be made against the owner arising out of any damage sustained by any person utilising the item and motor.
ALL DAMAGES INCURRED TO JUMPING CASTLES OR MOTORS WHILE IN POSSESION OF THE HIRER WILL BE PAYABLE BY THE HIRER UNLESS MUTUALLY AGREED TO IN WRITING BY BOTH PARTIES.
No Children allowed to play with or near motors. Motors must not be left outside or in the rain.
NO SHOES, STREAMERS, SHARP OBJECTS OR FOOD TO BE ALLOWED ON ANY JUMPING CASTLE.
Jumping Castles to stand on a flat surface and is not allowed on SAND or TAR ROAD as this might damage the jumping castles.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE JUMPING CASTLES IS RETURNED ON TIME TO AVOID PAYING ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LATE DELIVERIES.
NO ADULTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE JUMPING CASTLES. ONLY CHILDREN FROM 12 YEARS AND UNDER ARE ALLOWED.
DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED ON CANCELLATION OF BOOKING. WE RATHER RECOMMEND POSTPONING YOUR BOOKING.

Deposit is R200 and needs to be paid to confirm booking.
You get the deposit back afterwards. No deposit, no booking.
Delivery inside Rustenburg is for free.
Surrounding areas like R104, Boitekong, Thlabane, Kloof Road etc would be additional costs.
Deliveries are scheduled between 14:00 and 17:00 Monday - Friday. No fixed times can be set as there is a delivery route.
Unsuccessful Delivery will cost R50 for a second attempt inside Rustenburg and R50 for every attempt there after. (Surrounding areas R100)
Collections are done on Monday between 08:00am and 12:00am.
Unsuccessful Collections will cost R50 for a second attempt and R50 for every attempt there after. (Surrounding areas R100.)
